I had one in january. He claims to have clocked me using the radar at 79 in a 55.

I think he was right

Anyway it was my first ticket (other than parking tickets) So I went to court. The DA at the court house told me it's a 6 point ticket but since I'm fighting it, they will reduce it to 3 points and switch it to failure to yield.
