theres a app you can download on xbox that is a speech/voice command tutorial. that'll get you everything you need.
i use mine constantly. it's such a nice feature.
also NAT type is basically a firewall/filter for incoming traffic to your internet. gaming purposes it pretty much needs to be open. if your NAT is strict if kinda puts a damper on certain situations as i am currently dealing with. i can play titanfall no issue and game chat has been operational 90% of the time. sadly party chat which is nice and keeps the game party together better is not working due to a strict NAT setting.
