If it doesn't work write down what type of NAT you have, for example, mine is Cone Type. You can then go on Microsoft's XB1 forum and someone should be able to help you around your router to get the right ports open.
I don't think you will need to go that far though. Unless you dorked up some router settings experimenting yourself like I have in the past. If that's the case you can always foctory default the router and start over. I know basics but can't quite figure out port forwarding and DMZ host settings.
