He was a very dedicated worker so this was unusual not to hear from him, even while he's working from home. Fast forward 10days, and we received word late last night that he had passed away and was found in his apartment. He was a lone ranger so nobody knows when this happened, not even his parents. He was only 36 years old. I'm sure the traveling life style played a role, but it's just sad that he passed away and was alone. We can only hope that he went to bed one night and just never woke up.

It really puts things into perspective. We work like dogs, but at the end of the day none of that matters. Life is fragile and we cannot take things for granted.
sorry to hear, b15.

i completely agree with wat you said. this is the reason why i stopped long term biz travel entirely since my kids were born to be with them and my wife as much as i can.
