Interesting... thanks for the info. Just did a little looking into it. They do have DCS and CTCSS (privacy code) ability -I think the Interference Eliminator Codes are just a certain combination of these- and in fact have the ability to scan for active DCS and CTCSS "channels" so it should be able to scan and match whatever is thrown at it. In theory, and assuming I can make it work!

I used the scan feature and was able to have comms with the other guys radios last week after we were done. Not sure if they were using privacy codes at that point. Were yours talking with everyone elses? If so I think we are good and we have 2 more radios.
