i use loctite blue on the spacer lugs and let them dry overnight. ive never had issues of them backing out on their own... nor issues where they would seize up from the loctite. i can remove them with hand tools.

obviously i dont use loctite on the lug nuts that hold the wheels. i just retorque after driving 10miles or so. repeat a few times just to be safe.
