Would the addition of a Nismo type exhaust cause enough reduction in backpressure to lower the torque output? Would that sound be to obnoxious?? I may have to take clients for a drive sometime and I don't want the car to be too obnoxious.

HFCs + Mazdaspeed exhaust on the RX8 would have made it too loud for me. Will it be the same here?
Do you have the Nismo exhaust already? If you do and its too quiet, then the HFCs are the next logical step. If you don't, get just the HFCs first and then decide if you want the Nismo exhaust. I haven't heard the Nismo exhaust in person to be able to tell you how loud it will be.
