For me it increases the longevity of the tires. Even at -2.5 I am wearing more on the outside of my tires than I am on the inside.

I can achieve oversteer at any speed with the front camber adjusted. I certainly wouldn't increase camber to this extreme on a street driven only car or one that sees a lot of daily highway miles. However for right now highway puts little wear on my tires compared to the abuse they receive at auto-x.
For cars that see more street driving than track driving I think the Stillen sway bars are better. Hopefully the adjustable whiteline bars will be out soon as well, although I'm certain those will be pretty stiff as well.
