yep the free factor and the scrap factor comes into play. if it has any kind of recyclable material (metals only) they will tear it down and take it to the scrap yard for some beer $$ it is the welfare bum life. I saw it a lot more when I lived in my old town little over a year ago. now I almost never see it but I moved to a smaller town so less………"low income areas" to put it nicely
