My wife bitches at me all the time to slow down on curves and turns. I just ignore her for the most part. She knows I can handle the Z and is much better now - she just closes her eyes, grabs the handle on the door, and shuts up. I'm considering installing an Oh $hit handle on the passenger side A-pillar for her

To be fair to her, she drives the car pretty aggressively herself. But one of the first times we cruised with another group of Z's (a couple years ago), I pushed it really hard on Lime Creek and had wheels off the road several times, which made her very uncomfortable. I was leading a group with the fast guys following first, and I didn't want to disappoint them

It took a year or so after that before she would let me spin the wheels on purpose without yelling at me (although I do have to wait until they're nearing replacement or else she bitches about wasting tread). Since I DD the Z, I get plenty of opportunity to drive hard without her in the car.
