I have both and see the appeal of each one.

But buying xb1 just for one game is steep. You're already 500 invested, plus 60 for the game.

i work on one obviously but never touch a laptop or pc at home except for game capture.

500 upfront cost but that lasts me years lol

think about it as entertainment time vs cost.

movie - 2 hours entertainment: $15 15/2=$7.5 per hour paid of entertainment

xbox - 5-7 years with around 5 hours a day avg.: $500 + $500 in games.

365*5(years)= 1825(days) *5(hours a day played avg.)= 9125 hours total life timere played on console. very rough estimate and avgs. considering yesterday i put in 7 hours gaming and 11 hours at work

sooo 1000/9125 = .1096 per hour paid for entertainment

this had nothing to do with previous conversation i just really went on a mental tangent and had to finish it out lol
