Do I accept it? What do y'all think?

Hell yeah accept! If they are serious about paying for a room to spend time with you, go for it, its not taking advantage of anyone in MY book. you can ALWAYS do something nice for them when the time is right. Offer a dinner for steaks or something at your place while they are in town maybe? To be honest they are already giving you an out in saying its a Birthday present. *I* would think they really want to spend some time with you and care about you.
