Default How did I do on trade?

Just curious, talking $$$ numbers here, only. It's been a few years since I was in the car business, so I don't know how things may have changed.

I traded my 2012 370Z for a 2010 Grand Jeep Cherokee 5.7 Limited 4x4 2 weeks ago.

My 370Z:
-35.5K miles
-Sport/Touring/Nav/Manual
-Tires shot to ****, as in, white cords HANGING off of one where it wore un-evenly (I aligned it twice, that car just wouldn't hold alignment. Maybe see below?)
-2 Carfax accident reports (no structural damage, and no, neither were my fault)
-Some protective wrap still on the car
-Berk CBE (never fit well, one tip hangs because it won't stay hooked to the car/grommet)

The Jeep:
-Clean Carfax
-Tires 1/32 off the wear-bar
-69.9K miles
-Limited trim level with top of the line everything, Quadra Drive 2 (Jeep's highest level 4x4 system for that model), NAV, Heated front/rear seats/tow-hooks/skid plates, etc. etc. etc.

The asking for the Jeep was $22.4K. I got it for $21.2K. I was given $25.5K for my 370Z trade-in.
