I have the same squeaks and noises described in this thread. I have a 2010 roadster and I believe it's from the bolts that the top rest on near the trunk. I fixed it once by putting some rubber padding on those bolts but they get used up in a matter of 6 months or so and then the squeaks come back. I could not find a long term solution. This is definitely poor design on behalf of Nissan.
