I would wait at least a week for them to settle in.

The alignment is only recommended at that drop though some like myself opted to having the front & rear camber kits installed as well as springs in one shot and then getting it aligned so your done in one shot.

The front & rears camber kits let you get the alignment close to stock in the event you decide to drop it even lower, Mind you an alignment would be required if you drop further from the Eibachs.

This is NOT to say you just can't drop it skip alignment and be on your way?

The price to that maybe the added wear to the inside tire at which tires aren't cheap even for a pair.
