this subject will never die since anyone can change any of multiple variables to putup big numbers. every dyno is different and some people may even skew their numbers for an array of reasons.
like mike even said different wheels will change it. if someone wanted to make higher numbers just wait for ideal conditions, lighter wheels, manipulate the loads and variables in the dyno software, etc... and bam! high HP numbers.
