Yup, and you dont have stand in the shower all that long, just hit the spots you worked out, I usually do it for 2 to 3 minutes, then im good.
You ever wonder why these NFL athletes during training camp and the season lay in the ice tanks/tubs, its for them to recover as fast as possible.
