I dont see any modern mass produced cars becoming valuable or collectable 30 years down the road. Cars from the mid 80s with low milage and good condition are all cheap / not in demand, and I don't see them getting any more collectable.
Rare small production models from exotic or high end luxury brands would be better off but a 30 year old nissan won't be worth much. Look at the prices for a mid 80s mazda rx7, corvette c4, or camaro and you'll see.
