For my tranny, it's Redline MT-85. Redline 75w90 for the diff.

Copper plugs don't last nearly as long as other plugs. I'd just put in another set of OE plugs and be done with it.

I'd replace the coolant with the same stuff, but I'd change it out a hell of a lot more often than the manual states. The hoses are a good deal considering silicone will last far longer than rubber. A busted radiator hose will leave you stranded on the side of the road.
