Underdrive Pulleys - Use different diameter pulleys to adjust the ratio of turns per revolution of the engine. This effectively reduces the amount of power that gets transferred to your accessories (A/C, alternator, PS, etc), and nets you a slight gain in HP but has a downside that your accessories will not work to 100%
OEM lightweight Pulleys - They are identical to OEM, just made of a lighter weight material. Since the engine requires energy to rotate these pulleys, reducing the weight will make the engine not have to work as hard to get the same amount of power. Its like putting lighter weight wheels and tires on...same diameter, but requires less power to keep em turnin'.
Personally, I would go with an OEM size pulley set if I got one. I don't like the idea of my accessories running at like 80% of the norm.
