I considered it, but my wife didn't want me to start a scene
I informed the staff, but I doubt they did anything. Part of the problem is this parking space wasn't located near an entrance to the restaurant. I couldn't easily just step outside to confront her. I would have had to walk all the way back through the restaurant, go outside, walk down the block to turn at the next street, walk up a hill to turn at the next street, and then walk partway up another hill. Also, there wasn't major damage to the car. If it were the Z, I would have been pissed at any markings whatsoever. It was likely just some scratches that I honestly wouldn't have cared about on any previous vehicle I have owned.
