I understand that many of you have had a bad experience with inaccurate shipping times and I apologize for that but I cannot change the past.
All we can do now is correct things moving forward, learn from our mistakes, and make things better - we are still human as well
Many of you have said that customer service needs to improve, and we agree with you 100% which is why I am here. Right now our #1 priority is to get everyone their turbo kits ASAP.
Once we have a concrete shipping date I will post it, I am not going to post a shipping date that is going to come and go, I hope our customers can understand this.
We thank everyone for being patient and we are trying to make the best out of a bad situation and do the right thing for all our customers.
