Slow to start off the season but it was not to bad. I agree the way Carl learned he needed his dad was a little too simple but it got it done quickly and will let the story progress faster. I would be more upset if it took three episodes for Carl to figure it out while Rick lay helpless on the couch after getting his sorry *** whooped.

The scenes with Michonne were perfect if you ask me. Alone once again after breaking down and accepting a new "family" she snaps when blending with a zombie that looks like her.
The dramatic head chopping scene was exactly what it should have been.

I have not read the comics nor do I ever plan to, but people need to let go of it and just enjoy the show. If they want to go off on their own direction but keep it interesting who cares? You will have two stories to follow at that point, pick your favorite of the two, but keep them separate.

I have read many books turned movie that didn't paint the picture I had in my head. I don't get upset over it though. It's nice to see it on screen regardless. Appreciate it for what it is or we could lose it.
