From the few measure measurements I took at dealerships, there are about 20 mm (give or take) between the inside of the fender and the face of the wheel edge on a stock sport set up.

That means that the face of the 19x11 +18 Rear will be flush with the top of the fender. If you choose a tire wider then the rim obviously the tire will poke a bit.

From my calculation the front rim will stick out by 12 mm past the fender.
