This might be a stupid idea, but have you ever thought about doing a dual oil cooler setup with the coolers right in front of the fender liner? Cut a square hole into the fender liner and have a louvered panel riveted in so the air passing through the oil cooler has somewhere to go.
I figured since you have the Stillen front end, the two side vents would aid in directing air towards the two sides in front of the fender liners. That and I don't know how effective everything will be if you stack intercooler in front of the oil cooler/power steering coolers in front of the radiator.
Then again I'm not sure about the placement of the air filters on the GTM 1.5 SC on the passenger side. Might not be enough room.
I have a slightly different setup planned (different SC kit and Zele front bumper instead of Stillen and twin HKS oil coolers with aluminum ducting) but I'm using this thread as drawing board.
