Traffic Master module can be the ECU on a Citroen or a navigation-related module in most other vehicles. It appears that Nissan uses the term "TrafficMaster" for part of the navigation system. Very little info on the Intertubes, so this might be a job for a dealer shop.

My guess is that, whatever the TM module is, it's interfering with the anti-theft ignition lockout.

Edit: I know you say you've checked all the connectors but I recommend that you double-check all the connectors going to/from the radio/nav/HVAC units.
