If you're already going to get LTH's, and an intake - then get the 2.5 exhaust now, then when it comes time and you have everything to do the TT kit, then move over to it.

Flat out, you're going to lose power going with a 3" exhaust without a TT. Even then a 2.5" F.I. exhaust will probably flow well enough with a TT. (even then, LTH's would be "wasted" as well as the intakes, just pointing out the flaw in the logic!)

Get the cat-back. Get the LTH's when they come out. Get the intake.

Then when it comes to TT time - do it all in one shot, get everything matched up to achieve your goals. Get the engine internals done up as well as all the other items that will have to be built up...dump that 20-25K into it THEN (for all the upgrades), and call it good when it's done!

If you're still undecided, then I'm done. I can't say anything more to help you.
