About a quart low. That doesn't necessarily mean you're leaking oil. The motor can consume 1 qt between oil changes and still be within Nissan's spec. Over that and you've got an issue.
How often do you check your oil? If the answer is anything other than "every time I get gas" you need to check it more often. That way you would notice the level getting lower and lower.
