So essentially it has been more a lil more than a year and almost a year.

On Dec. 24 2012 the car arrived to my house but it had a broken windshield and was fixed but took some weeks for the glass delivery...

Now, it is almost a year since i start to drive it and last night going to get some food with my gf inside my car outside my house on reverse gear the turtie ended on the bumper of that retard, which was the fat lady driving in that moment.

Only 2 meters and the impact was done ~The other nissan had no lights on at all. I did look before going backwards but out of no where this retard came out

After the impact was done and the sound was triggered because of it, my Z didn't even moved an inch, strong as a bull!. At first i thought i did hit the border of the park but when i looked at the central mirror there was this ugly piece of shi*** rusty car

The guy that was in the back seat with his son, step out of the car and say "why i did go fast on reverse? You didn't see US?" Was 2 f*** meters and your trash can HAD NO DAMN LIGHTS!

So he park a phew meters from me, he came and said "lets arrange this" and i was WTF. FU!...I said no! let the ensurance come and we will see.

7 minutes passed after i made the call and the ensurance came.

the ensurance guy said that i got 2 options

1. Say that the other car had the fault
2. Say that i had the fault

I called my brother and told him about the 2 options and he said to take number 2 like the ensurance guy told me too. I asked to the ensurance what to do and he said to pick number 2 too and i was WTF why?? The answer is simple.

If i choose number 1 we had to go on a 1 hour minutes trip for blood exam and after that to the police department to do the report and all this process will take like 3 hours or 4/5

On the other hand picking number 2 made things easier in the common sense of saving those hours

The thing is if choosing 1 or 2 i will be paying the same amount of $$$ of off my ensurance prime

The funny thing is that when the ensurance guy asked for papers that other nissan had old plate, which is obligatory to use new plate, the card of the car was under other person which at the time of the crash. So...to fix that bended bumper they must got to the notary and pass the car from the actual owner to them after that, do the paper work for the new plates and pass a technical revision of the car. New plates take like 3 or 4 weeks to get them

If this idiot wants to get pay he must do what i wrote and to fix that hideous rusty car/bumper will be cheaper ($20 - $30) that getting all the process for the new plates ($150). I bet the wont do ****.

It is just fiber for me. Simple to fix. So im taking the turtie to my friend shop and pay ($150) to the ensurance. Done. Car will be back in like 4 days or so. Thats it.

The car looks great even with that part on the *** lol.

Don't think that im happy or some. I hate the option i took (2) because i had to say that i had all the fault to skip things and save time. The old car had no nothing. Starting from the property owners card of the car until ensurance.

Look at his bended piece of bumper

The headlights were the same as this.

I thought i did hit this first
