And yes, even when they are warmed up they rather spin easily, have about 10k on them but they still have a decent amount of tread left.

It was much more difficult to spin them on my BWM with a bit less power, but I am certain it's the tires, and again back in NY on asphalt, the first 5k miles I never had that problem. I will switch to a softer tire soon and see how it goes.
