Update: Called Joe today, apparently his dealer forgot to ship out a cable and obviously Joe forgot to follow up on it too...he's having a cable over-nighted to me today. I expect to be seeing a cable tomorrow and get the tune out of my car finally.
He also didn't put me on hold so I heard his convo with his dealer, fairly sure I heard him refer to me as "this bitchin customer"
though I decided not to bring that up to him, maybe I heard wrong.
