Spoke to Nissan earlier today and made them agree to replacing the panel.
They said there was a lot of damage to the floor and to the center part of the exhaust. I am going to the dealership tomorrow to see the full estimate. Fingers crossed the insurance will give the approval tomorrow and they can get my car into the queue of jobs for repair. They said it will take a month to fix! That's going to be 5 weeks without my car.....maaaaaan!

Always add at least two weeks to the estimate.
It sucks, but it seems every time I've had something at the body shop they've taken two to three weeks longer than "expected".
