Yes. What happens is that despite the Nismo with 1 mile on the odometer (BTW, this is unrealistic), the dealer buys it back for maybe 85 cents on the dollar. Remember, you're the one who got in over your head and bought something you couldn't afford. When a roach customer (a person with borderline credit) steps into Nissan dealer x,y,z...he/she salivates at 2010 Nismo. But bank denies credit to this person on $40K car. But the TECHNICALITY lies in the fact that the Nismo you "pawned" over to Nissan store X,Y,Z has some room for profit, the bank sees it as a "used" car despite it "having 1 mile" like you described, and there is a chance roach customer can acquire it as a "used" car and make some money off tier 2,3 credit.
