Suspension has been a constant in terms of fine-tuning through the years. 2012 saw a notable change in overall ride quality with the Nismo (albeit still rough like any other Nismo). I believe '14 also saw a small revision. Nothing that will be overwhelming to the point where you would really notice.

Also, 2012 was the year (actually 2011.5) when they started putting on the stock oil to water cooler which, despite many arguable statements throughout the forum, is a fine addition which will eliminate the need for an aftermarket oil cooler. They say autoX is the one where you would really need it and the naysayers will tell you the stock oil cooler is worthless. The one day I had it out on the track between my gf and I and the seemingly endless runs she was doing and my back-to-back 0-60 hauls, the temp never climbed over 210 and it was almost 70 degrees that day. So take it for what it is worth. But in my honest opinion, the '12+ model year is a must. If you get one pre-2011.5, hit me up. I have a 25 row oil cooler in my garage that needs a home.

Other than that it is all aesthetics.
