Im currently using Safari and on occasion Firefox on my Mac, And have also used IE on another PC, and unfortunately have not experienced any issue.
Could you take a screen shot so we're on the same page
It might be an update to your pc/laptop that maybe causing it.
I know I had a bug awhile back and it was because of a browser update.
