Again, tire depends, but I'm still more comfortable with 10% over. Typically, smoother ride, more sidewall protection, less chance of popping a bead. IF I'm at 100mph plus doing sweepers, I want zero chance. I want a good looking mushroom. Not a square or a round ball as posted.
