They can be stuck pretty good at times. Almost like someone had welded them on place.
One trick I do to get them off is to spray nut-buster around the fit area. Back the bolts out about half way. Putting a socket and extension on the bolt. Beat on the end of the extension a few times, then go to the next bolt.
