I did a little research but can't guarantee I came up with the right answer.

It appears that one must use the HTML EMBED tag for non-Youtube/Vimeo videos. It also appears that HTML is turned off for comments on this site.

Only thing I can think of is to upload your video to Youtube and use the YOUTUBE tag.
