it wouldn't make sense to have a slightly higher RPM than "usual" when you're already in gear and moving. Unless you're slipping clutch constantly. btw the rpm sounds normal for your car. pretty short gears and relatively high RPM at 60-70mph compared to other cars like camaro and mustang
