I don't understand WHY all those questions from 911.. You understand there's a huge mess in that house, you hear "attacking dog" and "need ambulance" so DISPATCH AMBULANCE AND POLICE!
I think it would have been better for the father to go and help his daughter instead of standing at the phone with 911 for ten minutes..
