The 0.07% difference in your gas mileage for pumping the tires up +13psi is not a valid reason to over inflate your tires. A real reason to not do it is that the ride goes to **** and your handling is impaired.

A general, good rule of thumb, for almost any car is to fill the tires up to 32-35psi.
