Default Pioneer X4600BT installed. Who needs a Metra dash kit?!

Made my Pioneer X4600BT fit flawlessly with the factory trim. No need for a Metra dash kit.

You just need 1/8" spacers to put on the 4 screws that hold the radio bracket. I used white PVC spacers you find in the screws aisle of the hardware store. While there, also get some black foam weather sealant. I cut it down the middle to make thinner strips and placed it around all four edges of the factory trim. Use a trim remover tool to squeeze it behind the head unit as your re-install everything and it will create a nice seal around the gaps. You can not even see any foam and no gaps. The 1/4" spacers make the head unit stick out just enough to also help hide the gaps.

Total probably spend $5 vs who knows what for the metro Cash kit that to me just looks cheap.
