The black co-polymer is
amazing in terms of how hot/cold it gets. It never gets too hot/cold to hold onto(even when baking all day in the hot sun) and this was why I requested the one I did even though Chris didn't have it listed on his site.
I would definitely prefer it to be heavier but at the end of the day it's a very worthy trade-off for something that looks so damn good yet is so functional. Also...IMO....having used the tommy kaira knob on a 370z and now the one here in this thread...I feel
very little difference despite the significant weight difference between the two. The co-polymer feels as solid as a steel knob does.
