If you are looking to save some money, I'm 99% sure this kit would give you everything you need:

I'm not a fan of circuit breakers, so I would replace it with a fuse holder, but it should still work. I would suggest this route for anyone that doesn't already have connectors and misc. wire on hand. It would also work well for anyone on the fence about doing this themselves as all the wires are labeled and the number of connections are reduced.
