I agree GTM made very good parts, but their customer service is the worst. I tried to call and email about some parts I needed and the only response I got was "send us an email of parts you need and we will send you an inquiry for them". So, i sent them the list of parts I need with gtm's part numbers TWICE for the last 3 weeks and have not get anything in response yet.
At this point, there is no doubt I will not buy amything from GTM even they manage to get these turbo kit ship out. Just thinking about all the additional parts, questions, e-tunes... I will need from GTM during the installation of these kit give me a BAD headache.
