For the love of God...why don't people think to turn on their lights in inclement weather?

And another thing, the dude that was driving was too busy chatting on the phone (which was held tightly to his ear) and driving 5-10 mph BELOW the speed limit. Ever hear of Bluetooth pairing? No? How about hands-free? No? Then shut up, hang up...and DRIVE!
