The seatbelt issue should be the easy one. The ecu hum is more subjective. Warranty work for noises is always tricky but I have not experienced the hum so it's hard for me to say. If they tell you that they all make that hum, then call their bluff and have them show you with a new z in the lot. Your CSC might be the hardest if the new pressure plate has a higher clamping force. Most dealers will classify the csc as a "wear" component. If you are under the 36k and/or have a history of failed csc's, then it shouldn't be an issue. You have a chance since they sold you and installed the parts. GL and I hope you get it sorted out.

I'll give the dealer in esco a shot if Kearney Mesa doesn't work out, a friend recommended that in see his friend there since he is very helpful and will go out of his way to get things covered under warranty, all I can say is stay away from poway mossy Nissan's service department, great place to buy a car, horrid place to get warranty work done recently(they replaced my CSC under warranty which I liked but recently I have been having problems)
Honestly I'm tempted to just work on the car myself and fix these issues but I would rather it be fixed since I'm still under warranty.
Thanks bro though for the advise. Been stressed since the Z was the DD while my eclipse is down and now they are both down.
