I would find a new dealer...not worth your time and stress fighting them. I have had good warranty experiences with the dealer in Escondido (a bit of a drive but worth it from my experiences). Just don't go to any dealer service department fuming mad and demanding things. You will always get better results if you come in with a calm friendly attitude.

The seatbelt issue should be the easy one. The ecu hum is more subjective. Warranty work for noises is always tricky but I have not experienced the hum so it's hard for me to say. If they tell you that they all make that hum, then call their bluff and have them show you with a new z in the lot. Your CSC might be the hardest if the new pressure plate has a higher clamping force. Most dealers will classify the csc as a "wear" component. If you are under the 36k and/or have a history of failed csc's, then it shouldn't be an issue. You have a chance since they sold you and installed the parts. GL and I hope you get it sorted out.
