I think he's looking for a shop to vinyl wrap the car that makes it look like some fancy textured paint job. I've seen some of the BMWs running around with non factory paint color and texture with some carbon fiber overlay or something. I'd be sure to get to the next cars and coffee at Michelin and ask around. I don't know of any.
