It all depends on how much you are comfortable spending. If money isn't an issue just go all new components; CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, audio card, cooling system etc. Also upgrade to an SSD, looks like you still just have an HDD. Get a large HDD for bigger files and games you don't play as much, but get a decent sized SSD for your OS and frequently used programs. Also a big factor is what are you using this for? Graphically intensive games, general computer stuff, or multimedia? Build it around what you will be using it for, but I'm sure you already know all this stuff.
